Refund policy

RETURNS:
For limited release product and sale items all sales are final. If you are within 2 days of receiving your order, you may be approved with an Return Authorization number. This number is provided by our internal customer service team. Product can only be returned if unused and in the original packaging.

STEPS TO REQUEST A RETURN:
• Email info@sector9.com with your order number and request a Sector 9 Return Authorization Number which will be used to track your return.
• Securely package item(s) in original packaging, including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc.
• We are not responsible for lost or damage packages (save your tracking number).
• Please allow 48-hours for Returns to be processed.
• All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee
• Return Authorization (RA) Number Required

All products being returned by mail must have a Return Authorization number. Product must be returned within 30 days of issuance of Return Authorization number. Original freight charges are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
All Products being returned to Sector 9 will have the shipping paid for by the customer sending product back for return or repair. Sector 9 is not responsible for any non-warranty return shipping costs.


DISCLAIMERS:
Technical Playing Gear Warranty Policy:
Sector 9 gear is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are to be made through the Authorized Sector 9 dealer where the item was originally purchased. If the garment was purchased from sector9.com, contact Sector 9 Customer Care for Return Authorization. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an Authorized Sector 9 Dealer. The Sector 9 warranty program does not cover any defects due to accidents, improper fit, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, rips, tears, holes, burns, pilling, or shrinking are not covered. Alteration of Sector 9 products will void warranty.


Customized Products
Personally customized product was created especially for you, so we cannot take returns on these items.


Incorrect, Shortages, or Defective product
You must request a Return Authorization number for all other products within 2 days of the date of delivery. Securely package items as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.


Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original packaging/box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition). The minimum fee is 20%.
Items not Directly Purchased from Sector 9
Items purchased from an Authorized Sector 9 retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.

Please Note:
Products or packages mailed directly to Sector 9 Headquarters without a Return Authorization clearly written on the front of the package will be REFUSED DELIVERY and returned to the sender at their cost.
