Sorry for the late reply! I tried this with strawberry stevia (approx 15 drops) and liquid coconut oil (I didn’t have to melt it, it was already liquid in my cabinet). I blend everything but the CO first, then poured in the CO at the end. It was a great strawberry milkshake 🙂

Sounds great Angela – just remember to keep in mind the carb count of regular strawberries. They can add up quick. Glad you enjoyed!

I didn’t have any of the strawberry syrup so I substituted the ice cubes and syrup with some fresh strawberries that I picked and had frozen this summer. It was tasty 🙂

Chuck,

I’m using the “So Delicious” brand of coconut milk. It must be unsweetened (comes in a green and white container). You can find other substitutes and quite possibly could use almond milk here, too. But yes, I find it by all the other milk products.

Jenni,

I don’t really know. normally 12-15 drops for Stevia and 1 – 1 1/2 tsp. extract. But it depends on your own personal flavor preference, strength of the extract, and what type of extract you’re using.

If using extract and stevia what measurements do you recommend? I’m still waiting on a shipment of Torani Syrup I ordered. 🙁
